  • Why should we have fruit for the office?

  • I want to set-up regular a delivery for my company

    Of course! You can either set up an online account after deciding what products you would like delivered, or call us on 0800 019 4037 and talk with our customer service representatives who will get you started in just a couple of minutes.

  • What are the benefits of an 'online account' at Fruit For The Office?

    You have access to all of your invoices online 24 hours a day - our clients find this particularly useful for accounting purposes. You can also make orders under your weekly invoice with us. These can include corporate gifts too. You can track your order status.

  • Can I order over the phone?

  • How often can we have delivery?

    We can deliver from Monday to Friday*

  • What do you mean by 'delivery procedure'?

    When we talk about delivery procedure, we mean where we need to go, and what we need to do, to deliver your order. For example, if you have a loading bay, or 24 hour security, please include this information when placing your order. Alternatively, if you would rather we leave it with reception, or take it to your floor, let us know and we will do our best to take your request into consideration when delivering.

  • What time will my delivery arrive?

    If you are within our free delivery zone, you can specify your preferred delivery time, although we do prefer access as early as possible. All 'Free Delivery Zone' orders are guaranteed before 1pm. Postal orders take at least 48 hours depending on the day purchased and will be delivered between 8am - 4pm on the selected delivery day. Guaranteed pre-midday delivery will be charged extra. Please contact the office to arrange this.

  • Is your fruit organic?

    We cannot guarantee that our produce is organic. We pride ourselves on providing Grade A produce to our clients, and organic produce does not always meet this standard.

    Fruit For The Office supplies produce from the leading fruit brands of the world to our clients and will use British produce where possible.

  • I suffer from a nut allergy.

    Our fruit is held and prepared in warehouses that may also contain nuts. We request all clients be vigilant if they suffer from any allergy.

  • Am I in the free delivery Zone?

    You can view our map to see if you\’re in the 'free delivery zone'. We are always adding new areas, so keep checking in case we add you to our zone.

  • What if I'm not in the free delivery Zone?

    A standard delivery charge is applicable, and your order may go through our third-party courier service. Next day delivery will not be available with orders that go via courier. The delivery charge starts at £7.55 for 20kg. Multiple delivery charges will be applied for larger orders over the 20kg - please speak to a member of the team for further details.

  • I'm not quite sure how much to order?

    Try our 'Fresh Range' - it’s based on the number of people in your office, so you can easily work out the correct amount of fruit you need to purchase. It includes easy-to-eat hand-held pieces of fruit, so it is the perfect way to kick-start your fruit deliveries.

  • Can you split our order over several floors, or offices?

    Yes. If delivering to separate offices, you can place the orders online, including the separate addresses. If you would like your order split over different floors, please get in touch with our customer service team to arrange this.

  • What if I want to make multiple purchases, but to different addresses?

    No problem. But each order must be made and paid individually through our website. Alternatively you can get in touch with our customer service team, who can arrange this for you.

  • Can I make a tailored order to my specification?

    Within our 'Tailor Made' order page, you can add as much or as little to your fruit box as you want. This is a great option if you know exactly what you want and allows you the flexibility to add any of our products to your delivery. There is a minimum order value of £18.99 required for our tailor made option.

  • Will the price change after I have placed my initial order?

    When you place your order online, you will pay the price you see on screen. If you have selected a recurring order, these prices are subject to change for subsequent orders. Due to the fluctuation of prices at market, we reserve the right to increase and decrease the price of individual items as and when required. This is often due to the seasonal availability of the produce. If you have any questions regarding this, please give our customer service team a call.

  • Can I combine the Fresh Range and Tailor Made boxes?

    Yes. While our Fresh Range is a set box of fruit, you can always add to it through our Tailor Made section. Just add the products to your cart, and all the products will be included in the same order.

  • Is this a permanent contract?

    None of our customers are in a contract. If you have a standing delivery, you just need to give us 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your next order.

  • When will we be invoiced?

    We invoice on a weekly basis.

    Invoices will be sent each Wednesday, with payment terms remaining the same – 7 days from date of the invoice, unless prior agreements have been made.

    Monthly invoices may be arranged via our accounts team.

  • We have a regular order in place with you, but would like to change it quite a bit? Is this ok?

    Lots of our clients change their orders regularly. You can make your changes by e-mail or telephone. If you need some advice about seasonal fruits, then by all means, contact us for a no-obligation chat.

    Please give us as much notice as possible for changes. Any changes must be submitted before 5pm for next day deliveries.

    To change your order online, please place the whole order you require, and select it to “recur” – this way we know you would like this order to replace your current order.

  • How do I get my username and password?

    By following the 'Create Account' function within our site, you can set a username, usually your e-mail address, and a password only accessible to you. Once you have signed up, you will receive a verification e-mail that you must open before your account is live.

  • I've lost my password?!

    Go to the Login Page and select the 'Lost Password' option. A password reminder will be sent to you instantly and you will then be able to access your member area.

  • I'm not happy with my delivery

    We operate a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your fruit, we will be more than happy to offer you an alternative or full refund.

  • Can you do a same-day delivery?

    Our Dispatch Unit works overnight, so we are unable to fulfil same-day deliveries. All orders will be next day delivery, depending on the delivery postcode and providing we deliver to the area. If the area is covered by our courier service, there will be at least a one-day delay.

    If you are unsure if we can deliver to your area, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • Do we deliver to residential addresses?

    Whilst the majority of our business is to deliver to commercial properties, we can occasionally deliver to residential properties, but this would unfortunately not include residential flats or apartments. We aim to deliver all of our products early in the morning and this is not always possible in an apartment block.

    Please call the customer services team to discuss your intended delivery destination before placing an online order.

  • Can I have milk only orders?

    We are no longer accepting any new customers with a milk only order. To qualify for a milk delivery, fruit must also be purchased.
