The winner will be selected at random on 01/07/2009 at 3pm.

Only one entry per person will be valid.

Entry instructions form part of the rules. Entrants who opt in to receive newsletters and marketing communications from Fruit for the Office and can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the newsletter. Personal details will not be passed on to any third party.

The prize is one voucher for £5000 worth of fresh fruit to be spent at the winner’s discretion during the 12 months following the win. This includes delivery of the fruit to your place of business.

No purchase necessary for entry.

The prize also includes one smoothie maker valued at £39.99 for the registered member of the Promoter’s newsletter database. The make and model of smoothie maker will be determined by availability at the time of the end of the competition.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of similar or greater value if circumstances make this unavoidable.

The winner will be contacted by email within 30 days from the end of the competition to arrange delivery of the personal prize and to discuss the fulfilment of the fruit delivery. If it is not possible to contact the winner within 4 weeks of the first attempted contact then a secondary winner will be selected at random. The promoter will attempt to contact the winner by all communication methods provided by the participant.

Participants should get permission from their employer, where relevant, to enter this competition.

Employees of the Promoter, its associates, affiliated companies, agents and family members are not eligible to enter this competition.

The promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that are deemed to be obscene, offensive or fraudulent.

Publicity – The promoter reserves the right to contact the winner to participate in any relevant PR or publicity.
